Roxanna T. Cluff passed away peacefully on January 8, 2026, at home, surrounded by family.
Early Life
Born on April 24, 1951, in Mesa, Arizona, Roxanna was the second of seven children born to Ruth and Leon Tillett. She spent her early childhood close to extended family—surrounded by aunts, uncles, and cousins—before her family moved several times and eventually settled in Maryville, Missouri.
Marriage & Family
In Maryville, Roxanna met her forever sweetheart, Jerry Cluff, while he was serving his mission in the area. They were married on February 2, 1971, in the Idaho Falls Temple. Together they were blessed with four children, 14 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Faith & Service
Roxanna was a lifelong member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in many callings through the years. She made dear friends and quietly influenced many lives through her consistent faith and service.
Those Who Preceded Her in Death
Roxanna was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jerry Cluff; her oldest son, Russell Cluff; her granddaughter, Eve Cluff; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Survived By
She is survived by her children: Carlos (Becca) Cluff, David (Sarah) Cluff, and Sara (Randy) Chapman; her remaining grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and all of her siblings.

Services
Funeral services will be held on January 15, 2026, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 7809 Deer Flat Rd, Nampa, Idaho 83686.
Viewing begins at 9:00 a.m. and the service begins at 10:00 a.m., followed by graveside services.
