Lisa Loree Ann Kerr, originally of Salem, Oregon, passed away peacefully at her home in Nampa, Idaho on Saturday, February 25, 2017, after a valiant battle with cancer. Daughter of JoAnn Lorraine Kerr (dec.) of Los Banos, CA, and Robert Francis Overfield of Nampa, ID was 55 years old. Lisa loved many things in life including sewing, crocheting, and country western music. As an English major in college, she developed a love for writing and literature. She contributed some of her writings for publication in several English text books. Her professional career spanned 25 years as a personal injury law paralegal. After growing up in Nampa, she went on to live in southern Virginia, Arizona, Utah, and finally came back to her home town of Nampa. She is survived by her father, Robert; her five children: Tom Martin Beckermann of Nashville, TN, Jason Matthew Spears of Denver, CO, Michael Peter Nagl of Chesapeake, VA, Adam Joseph Robert Overfield of Nampa, ID, and Emily Mae Dambrauskas of Nampa, ID. A memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 8 at Zeyer Funeral Chapel, 83 N Midland Blvd in Nampa.
