Cindy Karganilla Manzonie, 61, was born on April 4, 1960, at The Family Clinic, Sampaloc, Manila, Philippines. She was the second of three children of Domingo (Enriquez) and Cynthia (Araque) Karganilla (both deceased). She passed away on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, Idaho, after experiencing a brain aneurysm. She is survived by her husband, Adam; her daughter, Jessica; son-in-law, David; grandchildren: Alex (5), Liam (4), and Abby (2); brother and his wife, Greg and Gigi; sister Ann; parents-in-law Gailin and Barbara; brothers-in-law and their wives: Clint and Tara, John and Heather and Joe and Burchell. Cindy also has numerous loving cousins, nephews, and nieces.Cindy was a sweet, loving sister and friend. She was a devoted wife, a doting mother and grandmother, and a very caring and supportive aunt. She was affectionately called "Inday," a Visayan term of endearment for a younger female sibling. Cindy loved traveling with her husband to different countries and tourist destinations, playing with her grandchildren, having good conversations, bonding with family and friends, and setting the house in order. She liked ice-cold coke, baked pink salmon, and fruit and vegetable smoothies. She was a witty, street-smart, and intelligent woman who also loved to sing and dance.She enjoyed reunions with family and friends, surprising them with thoughtful gifts, and was kind to all. She looked forward to Zoom meetings every third Saturday of the month with her family in the Philippines for the past 7 months to strengthen their bond.She continued to give to others in need even at the time of her death. Her lively and giving spirit will be missed by many.Cindy may seem to have been taken too soon, but she lived a happy and a very fulfilled life surrounded by people who adored her. She wants you to know that her work here is done. Heavenly Father called her back home and she is now enjoying a joyful and sweet reunion with family and friends she has not seen for a long time, including her own parents.Cindy finished her bachelor's degree in Tourism at the University of the Philippines-Asian Institute of Tourism. She received several academic awards during her elementary years and continued to be a stellar student throughout college. She was a pitcher of the baseball varsity and a member of the track and field and volleyball teams of the Araullo High School in Manila. She was also an active member of the Girl Scouts of the Philippines while in high school.She worked at the Alampay Law Office and later on, as an Executive Secretary to the Area Presidency of the Philippines-Micronesia Area of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She also worked at the AT&T in Boise, Idaho.
