Mark Steven Loosli was born March 8th, 1960, to Willman (Eugene) & Marguerite Loosli, in Nampa, ID and was the youngest of five children. Mark went home to be with our Heavenly Father on May 10th, 2017. He passed at his home in Nampa, and was greeted at the pearly white gates of Heaven by his parents. Mark attended Greenhurst Elementary, South Jr.High, and Nampa High School, where he met his soon-to-be wife, Shirley Jean Fink. They later married on September 11th, 1979. They then welcomed their first-born daughter, Jennifer Lynn Loosli, on April 13th, 1983. In July of 1983, Mark moved with his young family to Barstow, California. He worked for Northside Rentals there, until they moved back to Nampa in August of 1985. He then went to work for Alumina Glass Industries. Mark and Shirley welcomed their second daughter, Cynthia Michelle Loosli, on January 2nd, 1986. Mark continued to work for Alumina Glass until June of 1991, when he went to work for Homestead Homes of Boise, where he set up and tore down manufactured homes. He worked there until February of 1993. In January of 1994, Mark and Shirley were divorced. Mark loved the outdoors and spent a lot of time at the cabin in Idaho City, ID. Mark loved camping, fishing, white water rafting, 4x4ing, going for motorcycle rides, hiking, playing pool, bowling, playing darts, and working on vehicles. Mark is preceded in death by his parents, Willman (Eugene), and Marguerite Loosli, and his very best friend, John Montgomery. He is survived by his two beautiful daughters: Jennifer (Steven) Alpaugh, of Caldwell, ID, and Cynthia Loosli of Nampa,ID; his brothers: Gene (Darlene) Loosli of Nampa,ID and Donald (Lillian) Loosli of Hampton, NE; his sisters: Penny Stapleton and Debbie Loosli, of Nampa, ID; as well as numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and many wonderful friends.
