Magdalena (Marilyn) Beatris De Loera joined our angels up in heaven on September 2nd, 2021 after a long courageous battle with cancer. Marilyn was a loving caring wife, mother, sister and grandmother who will be dearly missed. She was born to Jesus S. Gomez and Luciana Gomez on August 18, 1955 in Warm Springs, California. She was the 7th child out of 9 children. At the young age of 18, Marilyn married Espiridion Torres. Together they had four children: Espiridion, Grace, Salvador, Daniel. Marilyn lost her husband in March of 2006. Throughout all her heartache, she met Arnulfo De Loera Garcia and remarried on July 28th, 2011. Spending the last of her years and days next to him. Marilyn loved spending time in the kitchen. Making big pots of spaghetti for her family. She loved going to the movies, shopping and also loved dancing to the Temptations. Marilyn loved spending time with her family and let's not forget how much of a Raiders fan she was. One of Marilyn's favorite pastimes was taking random drives around town and listening to oldies music. Thanks to her brother, she was able to fulfil her lifelong dream of going to Disneyland and met her idol, Mickey Mouse. Marilyn is survived by her husband Arnulfo, her children Espiridion (Felicia) Torres, Grace (Leonardo) Lopez, Salvador (Liliana) Torres, Daniel (Lynsay) Torres. As well as her brothers Johny, Jessie and sister, Esther Gomez, 21 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. A memorial service is scheduled for 11:00 AM on September 17, 2021 at Zeyer Funeral Chapel followed by a burial at Kohlerlawn Cemetery in Nampa, Idaho. A gathering will take place with close friends and family at King Legend, 424 E. Elgin St., Caldwell, after the services.
