On February 25, 2023, Rick Lynn Arnold, devoted follower of Christ, loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother, passed away peacefully at his home in Kuna, Idaho.Rick was born October 18, 1952, and is survived by his loving wife Carol of 48 years; their children: Todd, Toby, and Tom; grandchildren: Tyler, Hallie, Brooke, and Isaac; and his brother Randy. Rick was preceded in death by his parents Cecil and Betty Arnold, and his brother Larry Arnold.Rick lived his entire life in the town of Kuna, graduating from high school in 1971 and marrying Carol in 1975. He had a real passion for sports, playing basketball, football, and running track. Basketball was his favorite sport, and he continued to be a part of the game after graduation by watching, being a referee, and coaching in his hometown for the next 20 years.Rick joined his father Cecil in building a concrete construction business, where he spent 45 years working and supporting his family. If he wasn't working with concrete, you might see him working on his small farm, feeding his cows, or out for a jog on the side of the road, except for Sundays, when he would spend time with his family at church.Rick was known as a prayer warrior and strong follower of Jesus. He loved his family and dedicated most of his time and energy to making sure they succeeded in life. He will be greatly missed by his family, who are looking forward to seeing him again in heaven. We are sincerely grateful to the many friends who have given support and comfort during the past few months and would like to thank St. Luke's Hospice for their amazing care during that time.
