Robert "Bobby" Clinton (Trow) Parker, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Wednesday, October 22, 2014. He was born to Amy Rigsby and Robert D. Trow in Chicago, Illinois. He is survived by his son Richard Louis Parker of Borrego Springs, CA; his "real" father Richard Warren Parker, who raised him from a young child; his sisters: Laura Hadley, Mary Hernandez and Rebecca Overlin (Lyone) as well as numerous nephews, nieces and cousins. He was especially close to Carol Irene Hadley whom he considered as a granddaughter. He was proud to serve his county in the USMC, serving in the VietNam War. A Memorial service will be held on Monday. Service: Monday, October 27, 2014 2:00 p.m. Please come at 1:45 p.m. to give time for parking and to be ready for the services.
