His career expanded over 45 years as an exceptional carpenter all over the state of Idaho. Never without his tools and always ready with a helping hand and open heart. After retirement he entered the trucking field to keep himself busy and continued to spread his "off the wall" humor and love of people. He will be dearly missed by his family and all who knew him. His greatest joy and love was being a grandfather, "Papa". Ward is survived his wife Camie Schaar-Chittock, two sons - Sage Chittock (Tammy) and Dax Schaar (Misty), one daughter - Kira Wilson (Troy) and two granddaughters - Sheniah Chittock and Taylor Wilson, three sisters - Kathy Thompson, Cheryl Lee (Lee), Ginny Forsythe (Ed) and a large extended family.
