John Albert Piwowar, born 9/25/1947, died in his sleep on 1/29/2016 at his home in Nampa Idaho. He is survived by daughter Amber (Mikael) Tjaden, and was the proud grandpa of two granddaughters Kyah and Deklynn Tjaden. He was a dear brother of Robert (Elaine) Piwowar, Thaddeus Piwowar, Gregory Piwowar, and sister Marian (Alan) Delekta and the son of the late John and Sophie Piwowar of Detroit Michigan. A remembrance memorial service will be held on Friday, February 5, 2016 at 6:00 PM at Real Life Community Church in Downtown Nampa. A man of few words... he often showed love by the giving of his time and dedication, especially to his granddaughters Kyah and Deklynn. Although he moved to Idaho to be with the granddaughters whom he loved more than life itself... his one wish was to visit Detroit just one more time. Unfortunately, Daddy lived off just Social Security; he had no will, no life insurance policy, no assets. Sooooo... In lieu of flowers, we are trying to raise some money to help with end of life expenses & travel for the four of us to get back to Detroit this summer so we can fulfill his wish for his ashes to be spread over the Detroit River & the Mackinac Bridge. If you would like to help us and donate we have set up a safe and secure site through a company called GoFundMe.Com I have provided the link below. gofund.me/8rmvetny Thank you so very much for your encouragement, support, prayers, & love!
