Brent John Klingler was born September 25, 1946, to Lynn and Mary Klingler in Rexburg, Idaho. He passed away peacefully on June 10, 2022, in Boise, Idaho. Brent graduated from Sugar-Salem High School in 1964. He married his high school sweetheart Marsha Lynn Price in 1967 in the Idaho Falls Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Brent then served in the Navy during the Vietnam War from 1967-1970. He graduated from DeVry Institute in Phoenix, Arizona in 1973. Together he and Marsha had four children. They divorced in 1982. He married Cynthia Berg Wadsworth from 1984-1988 and moved to Boise where he has resided for the rest of his life. In 1989 Brent married the love of his life, Anna Holmberg Nelson. Brent spent his career doing stucco work throughout Eastern Idaho and the Treasure Valley. He was very skilled and talented with his hands and in all forms of construction. Brent spent every moment he could with Anna exploring every mountain, hill, and valley they could find. He loved fishing and was happiest when he was in the mountains exploring and fishing with his wife, dogs, and grandchildren. Brent is survived by his sister Karen Klingler Williams; sister-in-law Georgia Lewis Klingler; and his children: Allan Brent (Tara) Klingler, David John (Ruth) Klingler, and Michelle Aileen (David) Hiatt, Karen Klar, Nancy Shurtz, Linda (Daniel) Irving, and Robert (Lilie) Klar; 32 grandchildren, and 16 great- grandchildren. Brent was preceded in death by his daughter Stephanie Lynn Klingler (1983); his parents John Lynn Klingler (1983) and Mary Ellen (Hain Olaveson) Klingler (1999); and his brother Jerry Lynn Klingler (2018). Brent's life will be celebrated at 11:00 AM, Friday, July 1, 2022, at 6711 W. Northview Street in Boise and then laid to rest in the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery in Boise at 1:00 PM.
