Elizabeth 'Beth' Ann Keefer Naillon went to be with her Heavenly Father on Saturday, May 4, 2019. Beth was 74 years old when she passed away in her home in Nampa, Idaho. Beth was born in Nampa, Idaho on October 27, 1944. She was the youngest of four born to Helen and Leighton Keefer. She loved her brothers dearly and as soon as she was old enough to be outside she spent her time following them around trying to do whatever they were doing. She didn't care to be in the house very much doing "girl things". She had several accidents as a young child due to her wanting to be outside on the farm. She fell into a ditch around age 3 and ended up going through the pipe before being brought to safety. Another time, around age 4 she climbed up on the stock trailer and fell off on to the trailer ball hitting her head and splitting it open. She still didn't let that deter her from being outdoors and doing what the boys did. In 1951 the entire family made commitments to Jesus as our Savior and were all baptized at the Notus First Baptist Church where they had begun attending. She started first grade at Notus where the family lived on a nearby farm and in 1958 with the family moving North of Middleton, she was enrolled to finish grade school at Middleton. She graduated from Middleton High school in 1963. She loved to play basketball and was good at it. She was awarded the Athlete of the year 3 years in a row. After she graduated, she continued her education becoming an Occupational Therapist. Where she worked in nursing homes, schools and retired from the Idaho State School.Beth met Arden Junior 'A.J.' Naillon in 1971, on a fishing trip in Cascade, Idaho, where she out fished him, and continued to throughout her life. They were married in Winnemucca, NV on February 5, 1972, and started their family right away. They had three children, one son, Bryce and two daughters, Grace and Tamara, within 4 years. Beth's life was busy raising her children, working and attending church with her family in the Caldwell and Nampa areas.Beth joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints after her son was born and she wanted her family to all go to church together. She was sealed to her eternal companion and children in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple July 13, 1974. She served the Lord throughout her life in various callings. She was especially great at ministering to others over the phone when her health did not allow her to get out. Beth was very kind and she had a compassionate heart. She was truly committed to her husband and her family. Her hobbies included sports, especially softball, fishing, camping, and shooting guns in which she was a really good shot. Beth is survived by her husband A.J. Naillon of Nampa, ID; her son Bryce (Jerrene) Naillon of Caldwell, ID; her daughter Grace (Shane) Lee of Riverdale, UT; her daughter Tamie (Ben) Provolt of Nampa, ID; nine grandchildren: Kendra (Josh) Brayton, Jeremy (Camille) Naillon, Terra (Asher) Fabela, Liberty Lee, Brock Naillon, Ashley Provolt, Sterling Naillon, Harrison Naillon, Natasha Provolt; and one great grandson Benny Brayton;her two brothers Robert (Linda) Keefer of Greenbrier, TN and Dale (Marva) Keefer of Beaverton, OR; along with many nieces, nephews, the Lewis family who 'adopted' her and friends who loved her very much. She was preceded in death by her father Leighton Keefer; her mother Helen Keefer; and her sister H.
