Dugan Reynolds Weir

Our Daddy was a cowboy. He was a rock-hound, a bottle digger and an opal miner. He drove truck and worked in construction. He was a man who got things done. Daddy built our log cabin, our home, with his bare hands, blood, sweat and tears. My mama says he built it because he didn't know that he couldn't. He worked very hard to keep us all fed, safe and warm. We knew we were loved. Dugan is survived by his beloved wife, Janis, and their 6 beautiful children: Janine Cook, Teresa Weir, Michele Perry, David Weir, Mary Johnson and Matthew Weir. He also leaves behind 28 grandchildren and 43 great-grandchildren. Go rest high on that mountain. Rest in peace, Daddy. You are loved and you will be missed.
