Charles Lee Hazard

Charles Lee Hazard, 75, of Caldwell, passed away Sunday, August 27, 2017 of natural causes. He was born in Houston, Texas on July 30, 1942 to Earle and Mary Jane (Cole) Hazard. After graduating from Arroyo Grande High School he served in the United States Navy. He worked for 40 years with the United Association and retired in 2008. Charlie had the good fortune to be happily married twice. He was preceded in death by his first wife of 37 years, Karin (Ellsworth), in 2000. He is survived by his current wife of 16 years, Donna (Robinson); his daughters Kelly (Mark) McLoughlin and Teresa (Dan) Wardle; sons: Gary, Micheal (Kathleen), David (Tammy), Marc and Jason; grandchildren: Joseph, Monique, Michael, Kelsea, Jacob, Lucas, Garrett, Brennon, Zachary, Broc, Brooke, Brodie, Samuel, Mauri, Matthew, Ryan, Jaedyn; and step-grands Sheldon and Austin. Charlie's services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 2, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Everett Building at 519 S. 12th Ave. in Caldwell, with a viewing at the church from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. prior to the services. Interment will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 5, at the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery, 10100 N. Horseshoe Bend Road, Boise.
