Dennis passed in to his heavenly father's arms after a sudden but brief illness on August 27th, 2020. He was in his happy place, in the mountains camping with his wife Julie when his body was relieved of pain. He was employed with Amalgamated Sugar in Nampa until 2019, but Dennis' life legacy will always be his music. A self-taught musician, he had recorded several albums and entertained for many years. Drawing from his Swiss heritage, Dennis could yodel and also wrote a song "Swiss Boy" that illustrated his yodeling prowess. He sang with the same passion he demonstrated in every aspect of his life. Dennis believed strongly in the teachings of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Coming from a large family, he also was the father to many. His hugs were generous and you knew you were loved. Dennis Grant Bruderer was born Feb. 7, 1942 in Logan, Utah. He would be the first to jump in and lend a hand if you needed it, or give words of encouragement and a hug if that's what was in order. His presence on earth will be missed.
