Linda Kinney, 82, of Nampa, Idaho, passed away on January 7th, 2023.Linda was born on December 9th, 1940 to Leora and Demond Deppe in St. Anthony, ID. She grew up in Boise where she met and married her first love, eventually moving to Nampa Idaho where she raised 4 children, Debra, LeeAnn, Carrie and Ronald. When Linda had her first child, she decided to dedicate her life to being a fantastic and wonderful mother. She was the foundation of our family, through and through. She was always a giver, always knew the right thing to say, never missed a special date, she was our constant cheerleader and supporter. She worked for a few years at Midland Manor nursing home and summers being a flag person for Nelson and Deppe Construction, but her priority was being a mother and homemaker. She also became a passionate, caring grandmother and great grandmother, her face would light up whenever she was with them or speaking to them on the phone.Linda was a passionate golfer and bowler when she wasn't filling her home with warmth and kindness, she could be found on the golf course or at the alley with friends and family.Linda was predeceased by her parents, Leora and Demond, her brother, Darwin, her sister, Janet and grandson, Brian. She is survived by her children, Debra, LeAnn, Carrie and Ron, as well as many grandchildren, great grandchildren, cousins, her best friend, Joyce, and many other family and friends.There will be a celebration of life at 11:00 AM on January 21st at The Church of Jesus Christ Latter-day Saints Nampa 5th Ward, 7809 Deer Flat Rd.
