Annette Louise Aguirre was born to Hendrick Johnaus DeBoer and Adriana Vos DeBoer in Downey, California on February 2, 1940, and went home to God and her beloved husband Felix Aguirre on December 22, 2016 in Nampa, Idaho. Annette is survived by her sister Virginia (Bobby) Schimmels; her five children: Venus, Leigh, Sean, Kevin, Cameron; and many grandchildren and great grand-children. Annette was loved by all she met. She had an enormous heart. She had an amazing gift with knitting and crocheting that she used to give back to the community. She crocheted beanies for the homeless, the VA, and cancer patients. She won multiple awards in the Fair for the crochet pieces that she submitted. If you knew Ann you probably have a piece of her work. She was very generous with her talent and was always willing to teach anyone that had an interest. Ann also made the most incredible homemade rose petal and honey wine, and was very proud of the kick it had. Ann was a beautiful woman that was as stubborn as she was loving, and did an incredible job raising her five children. She will be missed greatly by those who loved her. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 30 at the Melba Cemetery.
