Bruce G. Thom, 87, of Nampa, Idaho, passed away on July 10, 2018. Bruce was born March 6, 1931, to Louis H and Chloe Thom in Nooksack, WA. Bruce grew up on the family farm and held many odd jobs until he joined the Army in 1947. After two years of military service Bruce began working as an apprentice in Virginia learning how to repair office equipment. Bruce moved back to his home state of Washington and started his own office equipment repair business. He married Donna Noftzger in Las Vegas in 1979. Together they ran Thom's Office Products and expanded from Walla Walla, WA to John Day, OR. In 1999 they closed the business down and began traveling in their second home (Bounder). Bruce and Donna traveled to all fifty states and into Canada and Mexico. Following Donna's passing in 2006, He moved to Nampa, ID. Bruce is survived by Nancy (Mike) Heath, Skip (Martha) Noftzger, Tom (Tawna) Noftzger, Mike (Kathryn) Noftzger, 8 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
