Geri Wretling Baldwin Worthington lived a life devoted to faith, family, friends and fun. She attended and served the Church throughout her life. As a Depression-era child, she was pragmatic, becoming a Rosie-the-Riveter to pay her way through bible college during World War II. Since she was so small, she worked in the gunnery compartments in the nose of the planes. As a mother, she raised 5 children: Gerald Baldwin (KIA Vietnam 1969), Frank Baldwin of Boise, ID, Debbie (Don) Hite of Otis Orchards, WA, Cecil Baldwin of Nampa, ID, and Cindy Baldwin (Ken Wilson) of Boise, ID. She adored and doted on her 4 grandchildren: Camille Baldwin-Bonney (Matt Beaulieu), Justin (Jen) Baldwin-Bonney, Francine Baldwin (Clint Pallus), Celeste (Joey) Christesen; and 10 great-grandchildren: Carson Baldwin-Bonney, Elias Baldwin-Bonney, Zoe Baldwin-Bonney, Kynan Beaulieu, Nolan Beaulieu, Malik Christesen, Clara Baldwin Pallus, Joshuaand Molly Baldwin Pallus, Kain Christesen. She also delighted in her many friends over the years, spending time after retirement and the death of her second husband in singing, dancing, group outings, and chatting. She was driven to always look well-dressed whatever else she was doing. To her dying day, she wore earrings, necklace, and the best darn clothes she could afford on her budget. Even in the years after her stroke, she never left her bedroom in the morning until she had the entire outfit on with her hair and makeup in perfect shape. After 98 years and 7 months, she is now dancing with Jesus in Heaven, and passing the time with her late-in-life love of her life, Johnny Catey.
