Joan Greenzweig passed away peacefully on September 30, 2024, at the age of 88 in Nampa, Idaho. Born on September 1, 1936, Joan lived a full and loving life, cherished by all who knew her. Joan was a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, known for her nurturing spirit and warm presence. Throughout her life, she maintained a profound connection with her family, who remained the centerpiece of her life. She is survived by her daughters, Jolene Moffitt and her husband Richard, and Tamara Abare. Joan's legacy continues through her grandchildren: Alexandra Moffitt, Caitlin Wheeler, Kathleen Gauthier, and Patrick Macqueston; as well as her great-grandchildren: Mason Simonds, Rylee Simonds, Weston Wheeler, Lindsay Wheeler, and Sutton Gauthier. Joan had a memorable educational journey, graduating from West High School in Manchester, New Hampshire. Her academic achievements during her early years laid a strong foundation for the wisdom she shared with her family and community. Joan will be dearly missed, not only for her loving nature but also for the indelible impact she had on those around her. Her memory will be cherished and kept alive through the stories and lessons she imparted.
