Herman Harry Harshman was born in Roswell, Idaho on May 29, 1918 to Foster and Bertha Roedel Harshman. As third to the oldest of 18 children, he had a strong work ethic where you shared the load, didn't complain and the reward was a job well done. He served in the Army Medical Corp in WWII in North Africa and Europe. He was a member of the 776 Tank Destroyer Battalion. He worked for Idaho Power Company for 40 years, raising his family and sharing his time and talents as a Boy Scout leader and neighborhood handyman. Giving was very natural for Herman and he loved to help those he could. He was also a mentor to many. Services will be held on Monday, January 19 at 4:00 p.m. at Zeyer Funeral Chapel, 83 N. Midland Blvd. Nampa ID. 467-7300
