Amanda Lynn Simpson, 35, of Nampa passed away Monday, July 11, 2022, due to injuries sustained from an accident. Amanda was born July 27, 1986, in Caldwell, Idaho to Kenneth Dean and Karen Penelope Nobles Stewart. She was the second of three children in her family. She grew up in Marsing, Idaho and attended schools in Marsing. She loved playing Basketball, softball, snowmobiling, and fishing. She loved spending time with her husband and three kids and going to all of their basketball, dance, and other activities they participated in. After graduating from Marsing High School Amanda went to Boise State University. She played Basketball for the Bronco Women's basketball team for four years and was a member of the two-time WAC Tournament Championship team and playing in the NCAA tournament. She graduated from BSU with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and worked as a program supervisor of Ambitions of Idaho. Amanda married Bryce Edward Simpson May 6, 2011, in Boise, Idaho. Their family included: Jasmin Niday Villa, Aiden Bryce Simpson, and Skylen Grace Simpson. Amanda is survived by her husband Bryce, and three children Jasmin, Aiden and Skylen, her father Dean, sisters, Amber and Aly, Grandmother Joyce Hopwood and Grandfather Bill Nobles, and aunts, uncles and cousins, father in-law Edward Simpson, mother in-law Candy Simpson, brother in-law Ryan Simpson and wife Marissa Simpson, and sister in-law Melissa Wallace and husband Jedd Wallace, as well as nieces and nephews. She is proceeded in death by her mother Penny and fraternal grandparents. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, July 19 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints located at 18463 Northside Blvd in Nampa, with a viewing at the Church from 10:00 to 10:45 AM prior to the service.
