John Cody Alexander, 39, of Star, was born March 21, 1983, to Tancy Alexander in Caldwell, Idaho. He joined his brother Christopher, in heaven, on July 27, 2022. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Cody loved the great outdoors and he loved hunting. He was 18 years old when he filled his moose tag and was over the moon when he did! He graduated from Eagle High School in 2001 and joined the work force for a year. He then decided to go to the Air Academy in Vancouver. After completion, he worked with the airlines until 2005 when he was in a car accident. He then moved back home with his mom where family could help in his recovery. Cody was preceded in death by his grandpa John Alexander; his brother Christipher; as well as his great-grandparents. He is survived by his mom Tancy Alexander; his grandma Eldene A; his aunts and uncle Karen, Laree and Bob; his cousins: Mackay, Nicole and Ellie T; Janay and Dylan K, along with many other family members and friends that will truly miss his smile and sarcasm. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, August 4, 2022, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints located at 9350 W Floating Feather Road in Star. A visitation will be held from 9:00 to 9:45 AM prior to the services. Burial will be in the Star Cemetery.
