This is a story about a baby boy who was so eager to come into this world he arrived 2 months early in the hallway of St. Luke's Hospital in Boise, Idaho. Jason Dee Kruitbosch was born October 19, 1982. Jason accepted Christ early in his life and had a desire be a Preacher. When he was 10 years old, he was given the opportunity to preach a sermon for the church. He stood up with full confidence and delivered a powerful message. As a teenager and young adult, he enjoyed spending time at Firebird Raceway watching his dad race. Jason was very intelligent, he received recognition in school for multiple things like honor roll, his athletic ability, and creativity. He built potato guns and tore everything apart just to see how it worked and then put them back together again to make it work better or go faster. He developed an interest in mechanics and earned several certifications for small motors and service. He loved to tinker and was a whiz with small engines and anything mechanical. Most recently Jason was employed at Wahooz where he enjoyed getting to work on the go carts amongst other fun things. Jason also greatly enjoyed the people he worked with and called many of them friends. His greatest accomplishments were his kids, he was very proud of them. Jason was a fun-loving guy and a loyal friend. His daughter describes him as someone that always spoke his mind regardless of who would hear. He loved to joke around and always thought he was the funniest one in the room. In 2017, Jason made the decision to begin his sobriety, he put in a lot of hard work and remained successful in that journey. Jason is survived by his daughter Jillian Kruitbosch; step-son Hayden Erickson; mom Katherine Williams; grandma Marilynn Egbert; step-grandma Janice Yerton; siblings: Steven Kruitbosch, Amanda (Kris) Barber, Joshua (Moniek) Forrey, Dustin Kruitbosch; and step siblings Stacie (Colt) Downing, Rachelle Boross; step mom Patricia Ringer; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his dad Jack Kruitbosch; grandparents: Verley Yerton, Delorm and Erma Kruitbosch, and Gary D Egbert.
