Michael Joe Myers

Michael Joe Myers December 1, 1980 to January 24, 2023 Mike Myers, 42, of Nampa Idaho, passed away January 24, 2023 at St. Alphonsus Boise, surrounded by family and friends due to complications from a heart attack. Mike was born at St. Luke's in Boise, Idaho to John and Marion Kay Myers on December 1, 1980. Mike grew up in several places across the valley, including Sand Hollow, Middleton, and Melba, Idaho. Mike spent a lot of his childhood as a lot of us country kids did. Playing with friends, fighting with his brothers, spending time with his Grandpa, and dreaming about the future. Mike moved to Melba in 1994 when he was in the 7th grade and grew many, many friendships before graduating in 2000. Mike spent his high school years playing football, working, and hanging out with friends. Mike had many professions over the years but, by far, his favorites were working on the farm and his most recent job as a bud tender at Cannabis and Glass. Mike also spent time as a youth pastor at Boone Memorial Church in Caldwell. There were many activities and hobbies Mike enjoyed. His favorites, though, were spending time with his family, as well as collecting and displaying his beloved plants. He loved going to concerts and in 2021, fulfilling a life long dream, he and son Tyler made the trip, and watched the Fighting Irish play football. Mike was a devoted father, partner, a friend to all, and just an all around amazing human being in general. Mike is survived by his loving wife Kamee. Children: Aaron, Tyler, Sara, Michael Joe Jr, Nichole, Braidon, Brody, and Brielle. Brother Doug (Angie). Grandson Maxton, and another on the way. Nieces and nephews and many, many dear friends. Mike is preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, and his sister. There will be a viewing at Zeyers funeral home on February 10th, at 12 O'clock. Followed by a graveside service at Hillcrest Cemetery, in Caldwell, at 2:30. Family and friends are invited to a celebration of life, which will be held at the Melba Senior Center on the 11th of February at 1pm.
