"Juan Carlos Segura, better known as Carlos to those close to him. Born May 23rd 1976, passed away May 7, 2017 while doing what he loved. He was a self-taught chef who was passionate about his craft. He enjoyed the outdoors, bike riding, hiking and rock climbing. He is survived by his two sons, Anthony Carlos Segura, and Julian Allen Segura; two daughters-in-law Lorena Segura, Marisela Segura; two grandsons Fabian and Jovan. He is also survived by his father, Ignacio Segura Sr.; brother Ignacio Jr,; sisters: Marlen Segura Johnson, Pilar Segura, Celeste Barrington; and many nieces & nephews. "
