Celia Ann Hall

Celia Ann (Sparks) Hall was born June 12, 1972 in Tacoma, Washington to her parents Don & Jeanette Sparks, and to older brothers Douglas Sparks (Suzanne) and David Sparks (Ranae) of Buhl, Idaho. Growing up, she attended school in Buhl, Idaho. She was in 4-H as a youth. She worked on a survival program, at Miracle Hot Springs and for the Smith's Dairy. She attended Ricks College and then later attended C.S.I. where she met Lewis, the love of her life. She married Lewis Vernon Hall in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on February 12, 1994. They had three beautiful children; Rylee, Tyler and John, who she spent most of her adult life's focus on. Most recently she was enrolled at C.W.I. (College of Western Idaho). She always wanted to learn and grow and improve herself, and in so doing, she improved the lives of all those she encountered. She was a go getter. She loved life, she loved her family very much. When she walked into the room, she lit up the whole room. She was a great organizer and was fast. Whatever job she was doing she did it right. She had a business, "Pine by Design" and did very beautiful and fine work. She liked to surprise her family with secret trips and was always thinking of others. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her, especially by her parents and brothers, aunts, uncles, cousins, and by her husband Lewis, and her children, Rylee, Tyler and John - the loves of her life. Also, by her father and mother-in-law John and Verla Hall whom she loved, and all of her Hall "siblings" and nieces and nephews. She had a special bond with her Dad. She, at a young age, would go fishing with him when her brothers wanted to sleep. They would leave Saturdays about 7:00 a.m. and would come home about 10:00 a.m. with their fish. She loved the outdoors and life in general. She had a special bond with her brothers as well. She never met a stranger - If she saw someone she thought looked familiar, she would go and talk to them and if they weren't friends before, they were by the time she left. Everyone she encountered she made a friend. Her friendship, loyalty, love and laughter was immeasurable. She has lived in Nampa for the past 20 years and has made a lot of friends and has impacted many lives as a teacher, friend and advocate. She has held many church positions - Relief Society President; she was active with the youth in the Young Women program, including directing two different Stake Treks, and most recently she was Mia Maid Advisor. Her last known gift to her visiting teaching families before Thanksgiving was to give each a pumpkin roll. She spent many years as Ski Team Advisor for Liberty, Victory and Legacy Charter Schools. Around her home she has many reminders of the gospel principles and of family. She is loved by so many people and she will be so missed. Sometimes we feel that our Father in Heaven takes away from us a person so young that still had so much to live for, but we must remember Who is in charge. She passed away November 26, 2017 in Nampa, Idaho. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 1 at the Nampa East LDS Stake Center, 3904 E. Greenhurst Road. A viewing will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, November, at Zeyer Funeral Chapel, 83 N Midland Blvd, Nampa and at the church Friday, from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. prior to the services. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 2, at West End Cemetery, 1574 E. 4150 N. Buhl, Idaho 83316
