In Memory of David Allen South, Jr. Born: 11.8.1971 in Mesa, Arizona Passed: 11.10.2021 in Caldwell, Idaho Born to David Allen South, Sr. and Margaret (Terrazas) South He is survived by his wife Shelly, sons Gavin and Camron and daughter Shelby. His father David, sister Michelle (known as Tootie) & husband Sean Hamilton, along with numerously aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret who passed in 2013. Dave was a lifelong learner who enjoyed constantly learning new things and never stopped doing so. He was an amazing gardener who reveled in his time in the garden. He could be seen regularly each fall gathering leaves in the neighborhood to place in his garden to prepare it for the next growing season. Recently he had taken up mountain biking and would regularly ride with others. This activity led him to spend more time outdoors, hiking and camping as well. Dave enjoyed working with the youth in church. He was always willing to help others and enjoyed serving them. He served in many different callings in church and he truly enjoyed the opportunity to do so. Dave was known for his big beautiful smile with his sparkling eyes. Funeral will be held on Saturday, November 20th with viewing at 12:30 pm and funeral at 1:30 pm. At The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Smith Building located at 1500 Smith Ave., Nampa, Idaho.
