On Wednesday, March 3, 2021, David Araujo, a fun and loving father of five, passed away unexpectedly at the age of 52. A was a friend to everyone he met, with a fun-loving sense of humor and unforgettable kindness. David was born in El Centro, California on December 22, 1968 to Manuel and Mary Araujo. One of six siblings, he grew up in the beautiful coastal town of Pescadero, California. David was known for his outgoing personality with a great sense of humor. He had a tremendous work ethic and was talented in the construction trade, always helping friends and family if given the opportunity. He made an impact on everyone he met and his departure from this earth has left a gaping hole in the hearts of his many longtime friends and family. David's children and grandchildren were his life. They shared many memories together as his children grew into adults and had their own families. Preceded in death by his mother, and older brother Manuel Jr., he is survived by his wife Molly; children: David Jr., Corrina, Cassaundra, Isabella, and Juanita; 17 grandchildren and 2 on the way; his father; siblings: Lillian, Pearl, Gilbert, and Sammy; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. His family knows we will all be together someday, and his physical passing is only temporary. They are grateful for the privilege of being a part of his adventurous life and love him more than he will ever know.A viewing and time of honoring will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. Monday, March 8, at Zeyer Funeral Chapel, 83 N Midland Blvd in Nampa.
