Steven Michael Corman

On September 15, 2018 Steven Michael Corman, 51, of Caldwell, ID went home to Heaven to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He is survived by his beloved wife of 9 years Sheri Marie Corman; brother Kevin Corman' and cousin Beth Black. Steve was born in Glendale, CA to Charles and Irene Corman [both deceased] on January 16, 1967. Steve trusted the Lord, Jesus Christ as his own personal Savior while a teenager living in West Virginia. Following graduation from high school, Steve attended Massillon Baptist College in Massillon, OH where he earned a Bachelor of Pastoral Studies degree. He later continued formal Bible study and ministry training at Tabernacle Baptist Theological Seminary in Virginia Beach, VA, and ultimately earned his Masters of Biblical Studies degree from Bible Baptist Theological Seminary in Cromwell, CT. During his Christian life, Steve faithfully served his Lord in several churches as a children's ministry leader, music minister, and Bible teacher/preacher. Steve's life verse was Galatians 2:20--"I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me." Steve was truly a "faithful and beloved brother" (Colossians 4:9) to many fellow believers who look forward to a reunion with him in Heaven someday. An interment service will be conducted at the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, in Caldwell, Idaho at 10:00 AM on Friday, September 21, 2018 with Pastor Jerry F. Akers officiating. Afterwards, at 11:30 AM, a memorial service will be held at Lake Shore Drive Baptist Church in Nampa, ID with Pastor James E. Bliss officiating. There will be a lasagna [Steve's favorite] luncheon following.
