Alma Jo Bohling

Alma Jo (Fisher) Bohling, 57 of Nampa, passed away Sunday, August 22, 2021 in a local hospital due to complications of COVID 19. She was born to James Benford Fisher and Gladys Irene (Elliott) Fisher on April 26, 1964 in Nampa, Idaho. She was the sixth child and the only girl born to the family. Growing up, she loved to camp, chase lizards and go swimming. She attended Nampa High School. On May 12, 1990 she married Russell Bohling. They met through a mutual best friend. The couple had two children, Russell Don and Donna. Alma was known for being a caring, good person. She loved having fun with her family, planning family get-togethers and playing games with them. She was proud of her daughter and her decision to serve her country in the Navy Reserve. She worked with the Special Olympics in the bowling event. She loved her pets and also enjoyed crafting. As a profession, she was a caregiver. Alma Jo Bohling was preceded in death by her father James Fisher and son Russell Don Bohling. She is survived by her spouse Russell Bohling; her mother Gladys Fisher; daughter Donna Bohling; brothers: Max Fisher, Mike Fisher, Terry Fisher; and numerous nieces and nephews.
