Connie Sue Rowan

It is with great sorrow that our family announces the death of Connie Sue Rowan, the sweetest, gentlest, most kindest soul we had the pleasure to share our life with. She was a loving person who spent many hours sewing and quilting. She recently starting canning. She would do anything for her friends and family. Connie passed away suddenly at her home in Nampa Idaho on November 30th, 2022, of natural causes. She was born in Lompoc California on September 4th, 1962, to Horace Wesley Rowan and Ruby Dean Rowan, the 3rd of four children. Connie graduated from Lompoc high School in 1980. She gave birth to a daughter she named Karen in July of 1984. She then went back to school where she earned her degree from Allan Hancock College in computer science. Connie decided to move to Idaho to be closer to her parents and her other family members. She was a grandma to Kaitlyn, Issac and Grayson who she treasured and loved more than anything. Connie was proceeded in death by her parents Ruby and Horace Rowan, her sister Carolyn Denise Cruse, and her daughter Karen McClure. She is survived by her brother's Wesley Dean Rowan (Ann Marie) of Caldwell, Idaho and Eric Preston Rowan (Tanya) of Nampa Idaho, as well as her three grandchildren, Kaitlin, Isaac, and Grayson. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews as well as her best friend of many years, Kim Jones. Services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Saturday December 17th at Zeyer Funeral chapel located at 83 North Midland boulevard in Nampa Idaho. There will be a reception following the service.
